Sometimes there are areas that diet and exercise can’t change.

For those, our Enhance Cosmetic Surgery range of liposuction procedures can help you take control of these stubborn and problematic areas.

Liposuction, also known as Lipoplasty, is a fat removal cosmetic surgery that slims and reshapes specific areas of the body such as the face, neck, chest, arms, abdomen, hips, thighs and back.
During your consultation, the Cosmetic Surgeon will determine the best technique for the patients’ needs based on different factors, including the treatment area and the amount of fat to be removed. It is important to have realistic expectations about what liposuction can achieve.
Liposuction is an outpatient surgery that can be safely performed using general anaesthesia. The Cosmetic Surgeon will make one or more small incisions near the area to be treated and inserts a hollow stainless-steel tube called a cannula which then loosens excess fat beneath the skin and removes the liquefied fat by a very powerful suction.
The entire procedure takes between 1-3 hours to complete depending on the area being treated and how much fat is being removed.
The recovery process differs for everyone and should expect some swelling, bruising and pain after your surgery. Swelling may linger for several months while it’s normal to experience a temporary loss of sensation in the treated areas. The Cosmetic Surgeon may give you a compression garment to wear for a few weeks following surgery which will minimize swelling and boost skin contractions.
Over the months following surgery scars should fade significantly and are barely visible after a year or so.
This procedure has allowed millions of patients to refine and rejuvenate their body shape through the precise targeting and removal of fat deposits.

Tummy Tuck or (Abdominoplasty) is a cosmetic surgery procedure performed to make the abdomen thin and firm.
While Tummy Tucks are tailored to address each patient’s unique needs and goals, abdominoplasty generally involves the tightening of abdominal muscles, the excision of excess skin, and the removal of excess fat from the mid-section of the body and lower abdomen. Last, the upper abdominal skin is pulled down tightly and excess skin is removed. The remaining skin is then sutured together and a new opening for the belly button is made.
A full tummy tuck requires a horizontally-oriented incision between the pubic hairline and belly button area. The resulting shape and length of the incision is determined by the amount of excess skin that needs to be removed during the surgery. When the abdominal skin is lifted during the procedure, the weakened abdominal muscles that lay below are repaired resulting in a flatter tummy.

Gynecoastia, or man boobs surgery, commonly referred to as male chest reduction surgery, is a procedure in which the fat and in some cases breast tissue in the male chest area is broken down and removed.
During puberty most teenage boys will develop fatty tissue around the chest or breast area, which for the majority of people usually subsides naturally within a year or so. For the remaining men, it can remain with them for the rest of their adult lives.
This is described as gynecomastia, which derives from the Greek word for “woman” (gyne) and “breast” (mastos), essentially meaning female breasts. The official term gynecomastia is widely used by doctors and medical professionals, but the condition is also commonly referred to as man boobs. The severity of the condition varies with each individual.
Male breast reduction is carried out through a small incision to break up the fat beneath the skin. The fat is then removed by a syringe or vacuum pump. Depending on the extent of the fatty tissue, the surgeon may want to remove any excess breast tissue which can be done at the same time as liposuction.
The Gynaecomastia procedure is performed under general anaesthetic usually taking between 30 minutes and 2 hours to perform, leaving amazing results with minimal scarring. Most patients require a few days off work to recover and no exercise for a couple of weeks. A compression garment will also be required to be worn during the recovery period, although this garment can easily go unnoticed under clothing.
